Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to over 170 countries worldwide via our premium logistics partners — FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

European Union
Economy Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Rest of World
Economy Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Delivery: 3–4 business days

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Economy and express options are available for all destinations. Complimentary standard shipping may be available on orders above a qualifying threshold — details will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You may also track your order at any time through your account dashboard.

Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. RunwayHim is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process. Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs fees.

Returns

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags and labels attached
  • Returned in the original packaging, including dust bags, boxes, and garment covers
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks or odours

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
How To Return
  1. Contact our concierge team at concierge@runwayhim.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RAN inside the parcel.
  4. Ship the return using the provided instructions. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact our concierge team before returning your item so we can confirm availability of your preferred size or colour.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at concierge@runwayhim.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a complimentary return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
